Mr. Lickboot is a character from Tom and Jerry: The Movie. He tends to be the only character from Tom and Jerry: The Movie that people remember. He's most famous for his "We've got to have money" line ,which has been used in lots of videos. One interesting thing is that he is also voiced by Tony Jay, who did Frollo in The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
