Origin
Durr Plant was accidentally created by YouTuber, I Hate Everything in his video "I HATE DAMN DANIEL". The joke was him pointing at a potted Peace Lily and saying "durr plant", mocking the way the meme 'Damn Daniel' is done, due to his dislike of memes in general. He meant it to be a one off joke/anti-meme but instead it spread across the internet as he explains in his video "I HATE DURR PLANT (AND JOKE THIEVES)" doing the complete opposite of what he had expected.
